We encourage members to take a photo of their membership card to use as a digital copy.

Yes! You can always change to a different level of membership during the renewal period. If you would like to upgrade to a new level of membership partway through the year, then the fee to upgrade would be equal to the difference in cost between your current membership level and the new one. Mid-term upgrades must be done in-person or over the phone with the Longue Vue membership team. Please call (504) 293-4723 Monday – Friday or (504) 293-4726 Tuesday-Saturday to inquire about membership upgrades.

The renewal period begins two months before the date of expiration. For example, if a membership is set to expire on February 28, then that member can renew as early as January 1. Members will receive an email notifying them of when their renewal period begins.

Yes! All levels of membership are available to give as a gift. Select ‘This membership is a gift’ during registration to start the process. There will be an option to have the membership, and all renewal materials, sent to you or directly to the recipient depending on your preferences.
