Swan Flow Yoga with Swan Michelle
On Monday, October 13, from 9:30AM to 11:00AM enjoy a classical yoga flow-based practice in nature that will encourage long held poses, balance, strength, flexibility and modifications for all levels of practitioner, and in the serenity of our gardens. It is the perfect balance of both steady challenge and sweet flowing accessibility, while emphasizing variations meant just for you. Swan Michelle has been teaching yoga and leading Wellness Events, Sound Therapy and Healing Arts & Yoga Trainings full-time since 1998 throughout the entire Gulf Region, including New Orleans.
