Benefit Dinner at Dooky Chase

This event is sold out!
Shared Legacies celebrates the common values and courage of the Stern family of Longue Vue and the Chase family of Dooky Chase’s Restaurant. Both Longue Vue and Dooky Chase’s served as safe spaces for connecting diverse communities during segregation and the Civil Rights era. We are committed to building on this foundation by working together in today’s New Orleans to collaboratively serve the needs of our community.
Support the shared civil rights legacies of Dooky Chase’s Restaurant and Longue Vue – and our shared commitment to the cultural arts in today’s New Orleans communities. The evening includes a sponsor hour in the legendary Legacy Room, a seated dinner in the Dooky Chase dining room, and a special appearance by New Orleans soprano Lindsey Reynolds, prima donna of the recent New Orleans Opera production of Elixir d’Amore.
Proceeds benefit the Chase Family Foundation and Longue Vue-Chase Foundation partnerships in the cultural arts.

This event is sold out, but you can still support the shared legacies of Longue Vue and Dooky’s Chase’s Restaurant. Follow the link below to make a donation and select Celebrating Shared Legacies: Cultural Arts Benefit at Dooky Chase.
