Come out to Longue Vue to support the Cultivating Communities students at their first market! This market is sort of a practice run for them to learn customer service before diving into the Crescent City Farmers Market later this year. They will be selling a variety of homemade pesto sauces, bunches of herbs and flowers, seed packets, and some plants propagated from the garden!
Cultivating Communities is a partnership between Longue Vue and the Waldo Burton Memorial School where students learn about gardening, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy. The money the students raise from their market sales will be donated to a nonprofit of their choosing at the end of the school year.
The market will be cash only!
