Partnering with Pride New Orleans, Longue Vue presents a series of five diverse short films created by local filmmakers that highlight the wide spectrum of LGBTQ experience and influence.

After the screening, filmmakers Cam Owen (American Pride), Patrick & Susan Kirton (Broken & American Pride), Ashley Wright (The Miles Were Many), Anthony Jaques and Jay Arseno (Music Video for Shine), Mindy Bledsoe (Most Likely to Kill) will take part in a panel discussion moderated by Red Vaughan TremmelProfessor of Gender and Sexuality Studies at Tulane University.  The discussion will explore queer filmmaking in the South and LGBTQ roles in the film industry today. Q&A to follow.

There will be a short reception with refreshments served from 3-4PM.
