Join us in the gardens for an Introduction to the Yang Long Form led by Michael C. Francis, MD. Dr. Francis has over 20 years of experience in the discipline of Tai Chi. During these years he has been an acolyte of Grand Master Tommy Cheng and Master King Lam, both of New Orleans, and Master Alexander Gray of Toronto, Canada. He has written extensively about Tai Chi and its mind and body health benefits. He would like students to know that learning the practice of Tai Chi is a journey and a marathon, not a sprint. This is an all-levels Tai Chi class held outdoors (weather permitting) Saturdays at 8:30 a.m.
