Our very own Director of Horticulture, Amy Graham, presented with Bill Noble, garden designer and former Director of Preservation for the Garden Conservancy, at the Southern Garden History Society’s recent annual meeting in Jacksonville, Fl. They reviewed the Garden Conservancy’s role in Longue Vue’s disaster recovery and how Longue Vue’s garden staff interprets and stewards the Ellen Biddle Shipman garden on a daily basis.

Amy and Bill also consulted with the staff of the Cummer museum on their hurricane Irma recovery, and the society’s group of 180 toured private gardens and museums including Jacksonville’s Garden Club of America.
