When is Longue Vue open for photography?
Longue Vue is open for photography sessions from 10am to 4pm on Monday through Saturday, and 1pm to 4pm on Sunday. If you would like to stay past our normal operating hours, please contact us so arrangements can be made.
When do I pay?
When you arrive at Longue Vue for your photo session, we ask that you check-in and pay at the gift shop.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We understand that in our climate, thunderstorms and bad weather can pop up without much notice. If it rains or you need to move the date of your photography session, we ask that you let us know 24 hours in advance. Scheduling is based on availability, and we will work with you to make sure your photo session takes place at a good time for you and your photographer.
What do I need to know about photography at Longue Vue?
Longue Vue is a beautiful spot for photography. Because we are a National Historic Landmark, we ask that you avoid photography in any mulched areas and planting beds. Please refrain from picking any plants or fruit, or standing on any furniture. Most importantly, we hope you have a great experience and that your photos turn out better than you hoped!
