SUMMER JUNIOR VOLUNTEER DAYS
Wednesdays 10AM – 3PM – June 28, July, 5, 12, 19, 26
Students will help Longue Vue’s curator with ongoing projects in the house and gardens including archival work, basic level of collections maintenance, organization, and introductory research. Volunteer hours meet community service hour requirements.

MUSEUM STUDIES CAMPS
Do you have a budding historian, curator, archivist, or guide in your house? Do they always want to know what is behind the closed doors every time they go to a museum? Designed for students ages 11-16 who want to learn about a museum from the inside out.
Week 1: Junior Historians
Monday, June 5 – Friday, June 9, 9AM – 3PM

Come and learn about a museum from the inside. Students will learn about the importance of collections care, archives, and how to present information on tours.
