Longue Vue is open Monday – Saturday from 9:30AM to 5PM for visits and guided tours. See below for ticket and tour options.

All tickets are non-refundable; reservations can be rescheduled with a minimum 24-hour notice. Tours are scheduled upon check-in, on a first-come, first-served basis and based on availability. The last tours of the day start at 4PM.

Longue Vue is currently observing a “2 of 3” policy with respect to health and safety on site. During your visit, please ensure you observe at least two of the following three measures at all times:

Set your own pace on a self-guided stroll through the gardens and grounds, bring a picnic to enjoy under the shade of the majestic Oak Allée, or explore the interactive children’s Discovery Garden.

$10 per person, FREE for annual members and Garden Pass holders.



Take a professionally guided tour of the Stern family house or the designed gardens. The house tour features the original decorative arts collection and highlights the integral connection between the house and gardens. The garden tour covers all eight acres and gives a more detailed understanding of the landscape design of Ellen Biddle Shipman.

For the full Longue Vue experience, enjoy a guided tour of the main house and adjacent gardens. This tour provides the opportunity to delve into the history of the full site at Longue Vue, the Stern family, and the interconnection between the co-designed house and gardens.
